Inspired and driven by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda's powerful teachings, Kamal Deshpande became an acharya of Chinmaya Mission after completing the two-year, residential Vedanta course at 'Sandeepany Sadhanalaya' in Mumbai, India.
She presently resides in Vancouver, Canada, and conducts Chinmaya Study Groups, and Vedic chanting classes for adults and children.
